Dr. Amy E. Duffy LCMHCS NCC CCTP
Wellness Director

With twenty years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of participants, including children, adolescents, families, and adults. I take an eclectic approach to achieving wellness, tailoring therapeutic methods to honor the uniqueness of each individual’s healing journey.
My specialization lies in supporting survivors of trauma, including those who have experienced sexual violence, childhood abuse, domestic and interpersonal violence, and military combat trauma. In my trauma-focused work, I place a strong emphasis on understanding the neurological impacts of trauma and exploring the profound connection between mind and body. By integrating these approaches, I strive to help participants process their experiences, restore their sense of safety, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing.
I founded Trauma Recovery Collective (TRC) not only to address the complexity of trauma within each of our participants but also to confront the systemic cultural issues that harm humanity’s collective mental health. Through TRC, I remain committed to fostering a community of healing that acknowledges both individual experiences and the broader societal forces that impact well-being.
